If you found any mistakes at your order, please contact us before cancel. CGarmors service will do their best to solve your problems in a fast and convenient way. But if you definitely need to cancel it, please do it with 24 hours after you order. We will full refund you the payment. After 24 hour cancel request, you will only receive half payment since our workshop will start to process your order and purchase the material for it. After 5 days cancellation will not be approved.

 

TAX:

Total price you pay is including items price (shipping is free), not include any applicable taxes, brokerage fees, import duties, VAT or tariffs. These are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery. Please contact us if you like to declare a lower value than the sale price for customs. But note that CGarmors will not responsible if the package was struck by custom due to a lower declare value from your suggestions.

Further, upon submission of the order, the customer absolves CGarmors of responsibility for incorrect measurements submitted and reserves the right for any exchanges or returns to be made at the complete discretion of CGarmors.

All sales are final.

Prices for products offered via CGarmors may change at any time, and do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction or if technical problems prevent delivery of a product, customer is eligible for a refund prior to the time a product ships in the form of store credit.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns and refunds as well as exchange possible only if the item does not fit you because of our fault (e. g. didn’t use your measurements).

If you want to return item because of measurements fault, you have to write us in 24 hours after getting it and ship it in new box in 3 days at the same condition as received and provide international tracking number of courier shipping service ONLY. You will get 100% refund (without extra cost) on order’s price only when it will be delivered to us the same condition.

Unfortunately we had cases when customers visited Comic Con with our items, made photo shoots and then asked to return items and get full refund because they (do not like them). That’s why we give such small time for contacting.

If you want to return item because you don’t need it now you have to write us in 24 hours after getting it, and if we agreed get it back and make refund you have to ship it in new box in 3 days at the same condition as received and provide international tracking number of courier shipping service ONLY. You will get refund only when it will be delivered to us the same condition. Refund rate is between 40%-50%.

Shipping back fee and tax to China is responsible is paid by buyer. 
Additional charge is not refundable. 
If you send it via regular shipping service we cannot make refund to you anymore.

No any returns and refunds in any other cases.
